Jeg oppdaget plutselig at jeg hadde fått endel spørsmål om hvordan jeg laget blondelykten min.
-Så her kommer en mer detaljert forklaring:
Jeg har brukt:
Gamle blondebrikker/heklebrikker
ballong
tapetlim
❤
I discovered that I had received quite a few questions about my lace candleholder, and here is a more detailed description of how you make it.
You need:
Old crochet doilies
A balloon
Wallpaper glue
Soke the doilies in the glue, and stick them on the balloon.
I used five doilies.
Let the doilies overlap a little bit.
Hang the balloon to dry.
My doilies are quite thick, and needed at least a day to dry.
When its dry you prick the balloon, and voila - you have a beautiful candleholder:)
Stilig!!!
SvarSlettGod helg til deg :)

your blog is WONDERFUL! I stumbled upon it by chance. I really enjoy reading it- although I have to get google to translate it into english :)
SvarSlettThat is beautiful - thank you for sharing your wonderful idea! :-) I think if you don't have any wallpaper glue, you could also use heavy starch instead (maybe someone already said this in Norwegian).
SvarSlettOh, that´s great! Congratulations and thank you for share with us!
SvarSlettWhat a beautiful idea! Thank you for sharing this with us. Brilliant and beautiful and simple....love it!

SvarSlettCa. 15cm
SlettHi! What country do you come from? My quess is Denmark because I can understand a lot of words. I am Dutch and our languages look alike a lot. For example: plutselig is plotseling in Dutch. Isn't that funny? When I see a Danish movie I can partly understand it too :)
SvarSlettAnyway, I really love your candleholder! I am going to make one right now because the glue is ready!
Groetjes, Jacqueline

SlettThank you so much for sharing this with us! I really love what you do and am about to make some for my mom for Xmas! I'm sure she's going to love it! : )
SvarSlettJust one quick question: where do you find your dollies? Do you buy them or do you make them yourself?
Thank you:) I buy my doilies at fleemarkets. I`m not patient enough to make them myself;)
SlettHello!!!! I just made 6 of these and if they dry right (fingers crossed!), I'm giving them as Christmas gifts this year!!! Thank you for sharing!!!!!!!
SvarSlettDid you have to add water or anything to the paste?
SvarSlettDid you put anything on the balloon before you pasted the doily?
This looks beatuiful. I'm going to try this for sure.
SvarSlettThanks for the great ideas.
So delicate....
SvarSlettOi! Så gøyal!Kom du på det helt selv? Hva slags lim bruker du? Skrev om DIY på bloggen min før i dag, men skjønner jeg må ha en oppfølgingspost etterhvert! ;-)

SvarSlettvery beautiful, and inspiring too.
SvarSlettthank you ...
love it!
SvarSlettLooks lovely. One question, when u prick the balloon does it come out easily. Doesn't it get stuck on parts where the dolly is glued to,it? How does it work?
SvarSlettis there a type of flame resistant fixant u can spray on it so it doesn't somehow go up in flames. just as a precaution? have u had any problems with them catching on fire? or is the glue enough fire resistance?
SvarSlettthis is so cute!
